Duke Beach Hotel & SPA hosts destination weddings on an exclusive-use basis: the hotel is reserved for a single celebration, with 31 accommodations for the wedding party and no other guests on the property. The program

Arrival from 3:00 p.m., with the afternoon free to enjoy the pool, beach service, the SPA and the restaurant. A leisure day after breakfast. Ceremony and reception at sunset. Checkout at noon.

The ceremony takes place on the covered beachfront deck facing the ocean, most often at dusk. The reception is held in the restaurant, with the rooftop and the pool deck as additional spaces. A dressing room is provided for the couple, and the SPA by Renata França is available to the couple and their party before the ceremony.

Catering

The hotel’s kitchen can cater the wedding and the gatherings before and after it. Couples may also bring an outside caterer, who will have the full kitchen at their disposal.

What the venue fee includes

A dedicated event professional throughout the event, kitchen facilities, on-site security, furniture, restrooms, and cleaning before, during and after. Not included: decor, DJ, sound and lighting. The hotel works with a network of vetted local suppliers and can introduce them.

Corporate retreats

The hotel also hosts executive retreats and incentive trips on a full-buyout basis. There are no dedicated meeting rooms or audiovisual equipment. The hotel does not accept leisure or tour groups.
