There are 33 accommodations, seven in the Beach Building and 26 in the Lake Building, all with a maximum occupancy of two guests. The six categories are set apart by three things: the building, the floor and what is on the veranda. In the Beach Building, a jacuzzi facing the ocean. In the Lake Building, an ofuro soaking tub on the upper floor and direct access to the water on the ground floor.

The beds use a mattress with a latex layer over individually pocketed springs, so that when one side moves, the other does not feel it. A cooling cover with bamboo fiber and gel memory foam are made for warm summer nights on the coast. A menu of four pillows does the rest.
