Vegetarian and gluten-free dishes are marked on the menu, and the kitchen follows a protocol against cross-contamination. Vegan dishes are prepared on request: just ask the service team.
A suggestion, not a rule. Lunch is relaxed; for dinner, guests tend to leave beachwear behind. A jacket is never expected.
